Device utilization is the share of on-site devices capturing at any one moment — the rest need dedicated time to offload data and recharge, so they can't all run back-to-back. It depends on the device and the offload design and should be set by the engineering team. For prototype devices with storage, battery life, or thermal-management limits, ~50% is typical.
